Returns believes in a fair return. However, please read our Store policy below in full detail in regards to our return for refund policy and deductions. Also for our shipping refunds and fees. Our Refund Policy
Refunds on all return requests will be granted to all that meet the guidelines stated below:
  • Request for a refund must be made within 10 days of receiving the item(s).
  • Products damaged during shipping must have a picture submitted with the return request.
  • RMA # must be attached to return package.
If you have not notified of your return within the first 10 days of the delivery date
  • A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund (price+shipping) for handling, repackaging, and restocking.

Remember, you have 10 days after receiving your item to notify you want a refund. You will have 21 days from the date of delivery to return any item purchased at in order to qualify for a refund. After 21 days a request for a refund transaction will not be accepted.


Upon return request (before the 21 day requirement), you will be sent a RMA # via email. This number must be attached to your return packaging. All returns have 30 days from the day the RMA # was sent to reach our facility. Items with a RMA # received after the 30 days will be returned back to the sender at senders expense.

  • Returns sent to our facility without a RMA # will be held for 14 days. No refunds can be issued at this point.
  • Communication with in regards to return shipment of the item is the responsibility of the returnee.
  • All items returned to our facility without a RMA # and remaining in our facility for more than 14 days without communication from the returnee will be considered abandoned. has the right to discard any and all items left passed the 14 days without reason. These items will be discarded or used as deems necessary.
For a hassle free refund without penalty all items must arrive at our return location with a RMA #, undamaged, in a re-sellable condition with all parts and documentation. All refund amounts granted back to a buyer will be refunded to the PayPal account used for the original purchase. Canceling Orders
We take pride in prompt shipping and most orders are shipped within 24 hours. Orders received on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will, in most cases, be shipped the following Monday. If you decide you do not want what you ordered, it is imperative that you contact us immediately. In the email give us your name and address and the date and name of the items purchased . Unfortunately, once an item has has been submitted for shipping on our end (Usually within the first 30 minutes of your order) we cannot stop the process. The return of the item for refund is the responsibility of the buyer.
